Background
Phil started in the appliance service field in 1983. He was hired and trained by a small family owned company in Tillamook Oregon. After working there for 6 years, he moved to Colorado Springs and began a 21 year career with Sears Home Services. He received many hours of factory training from several manufacturers during those years.
In August of 2010 He retired from Sears and opened Service First Appliance Repair. His main goal for this company is to provide Colorado Springs residents with excellent service at affordable rates with a more personal touch from the initial phone call to the completed repair.
In 2017 Nikki and Mark joined the company. Nikki runs the business office, answers phone calls, and schedules appointments. Mark is a service technician running most of the washer, dryer, and dishwasher service calls.
In 2021 our newest technician, Mitchell will start running service calls making up our team of four. Later in the spring of 2021 we will have three service vans in our fleet, making it easier to complete repairs in a timely manner.
